I was a college dropout working part-time as a gas station cashier, with no clear direction—just pressure to figure life out.
Then the kitchen shut down.
While everyone else walked away, I stepped in.
I started making burgers, and somewhere along the way, I found my passion—and my purpose.
What began as a simple chance turned into something much bigger.
That journey became Xpress Burgers.

Our Success Story
From 2017 to 2019, I showed up every day and gave it everything I had. Long hours, minimum pay—but I stayed, because I believed in what I was building. I spent my time learning, improving, and quietly perfecting every burger.
I wasn’t chasing money. I was chasing something I could be proud of. In 2019, that effort turned into something real.
We became known for serving some of the best burgers in Huntsville, Texas.
