We currently use DoorDash to fulfill orders placed through our website and (in the future) our mobile app. Previously, we also used Grubhub and Uber Eats. These platforms may collect, store, and use your personal information independently under their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Xpress Burgers is not responsible for the delivery service, refund processing, or user data management of any third-party platform.

5. Ordering, Cancellation & Refunds

When you place an order through our website or app, the transaction is processed via DoorDash (or future third-party providers). Orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed unless you contact the restaurant directly.

Refund Policy:

  • For any issues with your order, please contact the restaurant location that fulfilled the order.
  • Refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the restaurant and are subject to their internal policy.

6. User Submissions

If you submit questions, feedback, job applications, or other messages via the website, you agree that:

  • We may use your submission to improve our services
  • We are not required to compensate you for submitted ideas or content
  • Personally identifiable information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
